Worst ever , 2 engines on our cpo veloster within two months service sucks in 4 months we owned car in shop 2 months
Hello me and my husband just bought a Tacoma on Saturday evening after leaving to my mom’s house I heard a squealing when braking stoping at multiple stops in her neighborhood. I thought maybe it would go away by tomorrow and it didn’t. Called dealer and said bring it in then they said okay bring in tomorrow morning and drop it off. They inspected and stated “ We have determined that the noise is due to hot spots and oxidation on the rotors causing the brakes to squeal when the pads grab. There are no safety issues as the brakes measure over 7mm. Unfortunately, sales has declined to replace the brakes at this time to address the noise, as it is considered a cosmetic concern rather than a safety issue.” If the rotors have hot spots, why cant they resurface them or replacing them they are not making good connection with break pad. When they ask me where you buy this truck I will say Stockton Hyundai and they didn’t want to fix this because it’s “cosmetic”. How is that going to sound. It sad as I paid a lot of money and I will make sure not to go back in the future or refer. On another note I know you had 2 different sale prices at the dealer 5,000 more then on the internet which I know that is prohibited. I hope to get an executive/Senior manager to look into this.

Completely unorganized team. Each person we came in contact with had no clear answer for anything. They offered rebates online that they did not give in person. I was a highly qualified buyer and the process was longer than 4 hours. Their computers barely worked which was completely ridiculous for a car dealership. Every person struggled to even use the computer and printer. Salespersons Oliver and Chris made numerous mistakes that could have cost me thousands of dollars were I not paying attention. Multiple employees cursing throughout the business. Very unprofessional.

Made appt for a recall notice for a sensor. Quite a few appts. Was quoted 2 hours. Was there 3 hours. By that time I needed to go. They were prompt in bringing the car around. However, I didn't get the complimentary car wash as I had to leave. I could have brought it back after my other appts, but was too tired at that point. Maybe wash the cars first? We appreciated their concern.
Went to Stockton Hyundai w/o an appointment June 11th 2024 to check on why the “Air Bag light” was illuminated on the dash console of our 2011 Elantra Limited . It appears that since the Air Bag indicator was present that it controls other functions on the steering wheel, such as why our “Cruise control” wasn’t working either. Thanks to Hyundai’s 100,000 Mile Warranty & Stockton Hyundai’s Service Department for correcting these issues. I can always count on Stockton Hyundai Staff in insuring that the maintenance gets done correctly the 1st time. Great Service, Great Staff & Great Vehicles. Routine service (8,000 mi) performed. Only minor compliant is I was called and said my car would be ready in 30 minutes after wash. I arrived and waited well over an hour for car to be completed. Why not just call me when it's completely done? I was also never able to reach anyone by phone. On hold for 15 minutes only to get voicemail. Made appointment over the internet instead. Service people were all very nice.
Dropped my car off due to lights coming on my dash. Robert has been nothing but helpful. He put me in a rental and has gone above and beyond trying to find the issue with my car and to accommodate me. Great service for sure

The whole team spent time with me and didn't treat me with disrespect like some other doors that I visited earlier in the day. I have a car on hold for a week while I was on vacation at another dealership and they never returned my calls and when I showed up they said I needed an appointment. It was nice to be helped right away when I walked on this car lot.
